Are you ready to welcome a baby into your life but finding the journey is taking longer than expected?
If you’ve always imagined getting pregnant would be straightforward, it can feel disheartening when each month passes without that positive test. It’s completely natural to feel frustrated, overwhelmed, or even worried about what comes next.
Whether you’re just starting to try or you’ve been on this path for years—navigating doctor visits, fertility treatments like IUI or IVF, or exploring medications and alternative therapies—you’re not alone. You may be recovering from a miscarriage, coming off long-term birth control, or simply wanting to prepare your body in the best way possible for conception. No matter where you are on your journey, it’s easy to get lost in endless online searches, trying to piece together the answers.
You’re in the right place.
For 8 years, I’ve been guiding couples through preconception planning, hormone balance, and fertility support. My approach combines the proven Liz Lalor fertility protocol with naturopathic care, personalised nutrition, herbal medicine, and lifestyle support.
The Liz Lalor Fertility Protocol, developed in 1999, has helped 416 babies be born out of 456 women who followed it—an incredible 87% success rate, often within just four months. Half of those women conceived within two months. This method is backed by homeopaths worldwide and works by naturally supporting hormonal balance, stimulating ovulation, improving cervical mucus, and optimising sperm health.
Because eggs take up to four months to mature and sperm regenerates every two to three months, dedicating time to fertility health before conception can make all the difference. That’s why my fertility program is designed as a four-month journey—to give your body the best possible foundation for a healthy pregnancy.
Research continues to show the effectiveness of natural fertility support. A German clinical trial found that women using homeopathy were twice as likely to conceive compared to those who didn’t.
Hope is not lost. Your body is capable, and with the right support, you can nurture the possibility of new life. If you’re ready to take the next step with confidence, I’m here to help.
This program isn’t just about fertility—it’s about you.
My goal is to not only support your fertility but also to help you feel energised, nourished, and deeply connected to yourself and your partner. I want you to feel empowered and informed every step of the way as you prepare to welcome your future baby.
With infertility affecting more than 1 in 6 couples, global birth rates declining, and sperm quality decreasing, there are many factors influencing fertility today. But the good news is that many of these challenges can be addressed to improve your chances of a healthy conception.
Common issues like low cervical mucus (often due to long-term contraceptive use), anovulation (when eggs aren’t released), hormonal imbalances (such as high oestrogen or low progesterone), luteal phase defects, endometriosis, and sperm health concerns can all play a role. Nutrient deficiencies—including low levels of B vitamins, iron, and zinc—along with high stress, high sugar diets, recurring gut issues like candida, and lifestyle habits like poor sleep, excessive caffeine, alcohol, drugs, and toxins can contribute to oxidative stress, impacting both egg and sperm quality.
By addressing these underlying factors with a holistic approach, we can restore balance, strengthen your fertility, and give your body the best possible foundation for conception. You deserve to feel supported, informed, and hopeful on this journey—and I’m here to help.
Encouraging healthy ovulation and supporting natural hormone balance
Regulating your menstrual cycle, creating more predictability and ease
Addressing common hormonal conditions such as PCOS, endometriosis, fibroids, and luteal phase defects
Supporting your body after coming off the oral contraceptive pill, which can suppress ovulation and fertility, and often leaves behind nutrient depletions—especially in folate (Vitamin B9) and magnesium
Improving cervical mucus production, which is essential for sperm to reach and fertilise the egg—especially important if it’s been diminished by previous contraceptive use
Improve sperm count and motility—research has shown that homeopathy can support improvements in sperm health and parameters
Gently clearing inherited patterns or predispositions that may impact fertility
Addressing emotional stressors, past trauma, and mental blocks that can affect your overall wellbeing and reproductive health
Supporting your energy, libido, and mood—because feeling vibrant and connected is part of the journey too
You’re preparing for pregnancy and want to prioritise preconception care
You’re navigating fertility challenges and are ready for a more holistic, personalised approach
You and your partner have experienced one or more miscarriages, or you’d like to address known contributing factors like MTHFR mutations, elevated homocysteine levels, or low progesterone
You’re about to begin or are currently going through IVF treatment and want to support your body during the process
You’re living with PCOS, which affects nearly 1 in 10 women of reproductive age and can impact ovulation and hormone balance
You have endometriosis, which can affect up to 50% of women experiencing infertility
You’ve been diagnosed with fibroids or other structural concerns that may affect the uterus or fallopian tubes
You experience hormonal imbalances such as elevated estrogen, low progesterone, or low testosterone
You have irregular cycles or aren’t ovulating regularly
You’re looking to support and improve sperm health, including count, motility, and morphology
One of the beautiful things about this fertility program is how quickly many women begin to feel a shift—not just in their fertility, but in their overall wellbeing. Within just one or two cycles, women often notice improved energy, better sleep, a more balanced mood, a rekindled libido, and positive changes in their cycles—such as clearer signs of ovulation, increased cervical mucus, and more regular, comfortable periods.
A key part of this support is a homeopathic remedy called Folliculinum, which is made from natural oestrogen. It works by gently supporting the oestrogen surge that leads up to ovulation and encourages healthy cervical mucus production. This fertile-quality mucus is vital—it helps guide sperm to the egg at the right time. Without it, fertilisation becomes far more difficult, which is why supporting its production naturally is such a key part of the program.
As your body begins to find its rhythm, many women notice their cycles settle into a healthy range—typically 26 to 31 days—with fewer PMS symptoms like mood swings, breast tenderness, cravings, and fatigue. In fact, studies show that up to 90% of women experience an improvement in PMS symptoms with homeopathic care.
Nutrition is also a cornerstone of this program. A wholefood diet rich in quality protein, healthy fats, and fibre helps provide the raw materials your body needs to produce hormones, regulate cycles, and boost fertility. Unfortunately, around 80% of people don’t consume enough omega-3 fats—these are essential for hormone balance, reducing inflammation, and supporting energy, mood, and mental clarity.
During our time together, we’ll take a close look at your current diet with a detailed dietary assessment. From there, you’ll receive personalised recommendations tailored to your unique needs—including meal ideas, recipes, and gentle guidance to help you nourish your body without restriction or calorie counting.
If you’ve experienced symptoms related to stress, sleep issues, PMT, or hormonal imbalances such as high oestrogen or low progesterone—think endometriosis, long or irregular cycles, clotting, or heavy bleeding—we may also use targeted nutrient or herbal support. One of my favourite minerals for hormonal harmony is magnesium. Magnesium helps calm the nervous system, support progesterone, regulate oestrogen, improve insulin sensitivity, reduce sugar cravings, ease cramping, relieve premenstrual headaches, and even support thyroid function.
Fertility is a shared journey, and sperm health is a key part of the equation. In fact, male factors contribute to around 40–50% of infertility cases. Alarmingly, research shows that sperm counts have declined by nearly 60% over the past 50 years. That’s an average of 1.6% per year, affecting men across Australia, New Zealand, North America, and Europe.
The good news is, sperm health can be supported and improved—often in just a few months. A clinical trial involving 45 sub-fertile men found that homeopathic treatment significantly improved both sperm count and motility. These kinds of results reflect what we see in practice, and they remind us how powerful natural medicine can be.
In the program, we place a strong emphasis on antioxidant-rich foods and lifestyle support to help counteract the effects of modern stressors—like processed foods, environmental toxins, caffeine, alcohol, and chronic stress. We also focus on correcting common nutrient deficiencies that directly impact fertility, such as zinc, B vitamins (especially activated folate), omega-3s, iron, vitamin D, CoQ10, and NAC.
Take zinc, for example—45% of Australian men are low or deficient in this vital mineral. Zinc is essential for sperm production and function, and it’s one of the most powerful antioxidants when it comes to fertility. As part of the program, we identify and correct deficiencies while guiding you toward zinc-rich food choices.
Another standout nutrient is NAC (N-acetyl cysteine), a potent antioxidant that has been shown in clinical studies to improve semen volume, motility, and viscosity when taken consistently over three months. It’s even recommended in the medical literature as an effective and evidence-based way to improve sperm parameters.
Together, we take a holistic approach—nourishing both partners, supporting natural balance, and preparing your body for the beautiful journey of conception with calm, confidence, and care. 💛
“Homeopathy…cures a larger percentage of cases than any other method of treatment and is beyond doubt safer and economical and most complete medical science”
